Cost estimates are valid for 30 days from creation. The cost includes 1 revert after which you will be billed per revert and charged at an hourly rate. The estimate is subject to the client supplying suitable content and imagery. Any meetings or additional copywriting, photography, illustration or image-editing required to complete this project will be charged for at an hourly rate. Payment terms are a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable before work will be scheduled, and the balance is due within 5 days of completion of the project unless negotiated otherwise. A 50% rejection fee is covered by the deposit.
Please note that a 20% mark up is placed on the print costs of all jobs that require project management and a 10% markup is placed on all image purchases and will be invoiced accordingly.
All artwork remains the property of The Butcher’s Shop until payment is made in full at which time the approved artwork becomes the clients property while the concept artwork remains the property of The Butcher’s Shop. The Butcher’s Shop also retains the right to use all work (approved or otherwise) in their portfolio.
The approval of the quote means the above is agreed to.
