VISI Magazine Collectable Lamp Insert

We were tasked with transforming Visi magazine non-subscribers into repeat buyers.

We partnered with acclaimed designer Heath Nash to create an exclusive lamp, constructed of three separate pieces. We inserted the pieces into three consecutive issues of VISI. In order to build the lamp, you had to buy every issue.

Skaars Brand Development

 

We were tasked with crafting a brand identity for a new fashion label that specializes in modular, high-end handbags offering partial customization.

 

Our first step was to develop a name. The client chose “Skaars,” which means “rare” in Afrikaans. This name was selected for its sense of exclusivity, as well as its simplicity, memorability, and ease of pronunciation for a global audience.

 

The logo design was inspired by the idea of rarity, which is central to the brand. We stripped away unnecessary elements from the typography, ensuring both clarity and legibility. The result is a sleek, modern aesthetic that evokes subtle femininity, making it adaptable to any handbag design, no matter the style.
